Saudi & China Strategic Partnership | SAGA IT and Vul.Ai Sign MOU to Advance the Application of AI in Digital Infrastructure

On May 7, 2024, Her Highness Princess Najla Bint Khalid Bin Abdullah F. Al Saud of the Saudi Royal Family, accompanied by Mr. Sattam Ibrahim S Alshethri, Chairman of Saudi SAGA Group, visited the headquarters of Vul.Ai in Beijing, China. During this visit, SAGA IT and Vul.Ai officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoU), signaling the commencement of a close collaboration in the field of information technology to jointly promote the application of information technology in infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Sattam Ibrahim S Alshethri, Chairman of SAGA Group, and Mr. Shen Chuanbao, Chairman of Vul.Ai, respectively represented their parties in signing the agreement. In addition to Her Highness Princess Najla Bint Khalid Bin Abdullah F. Al Saud, attendees at the signing ceremony included key members from both sides, such as the President of SAGA Group, the General Manager of SAGA IT, as well as representatives from Vul.Ai for the Middle East and North Africa business and the Deputy General Manager of Engineering.
In recent years, Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region have made significant progress in infrastructure and information technology. This collaboration will see both parties actively engaged in the construction of digital infrastructure, including IT infrastructure, artificial intelligence applications, and digital government initiatives. Leveraging Vul.Ai's strengths in information technology, cyberspace, and artificial intelligence, along with SAGA Group's robust market resources, the two entities will jointly develop products and services that cater to market demands, promote the application of artificial intelligence in information technology, and enhance the security and efficiency of their digital infrastructure projects.
Following the conclusion of the signing ceremony, discussions were held regarding major projects of cooperation in the near term.
