TingYun acquires the DongTai IAST team from Huoxian Security

TingYun (NEEQ: 832015) has officially completed the acquisition of DongTai IAST business and its related security team from Huoxian Security. The two parties will deeply integrate in technology and market, collaboratively creating an end-to-end solution from application observability to application security testing.

DongTai IAST is an interactive application security testing product independently developed by Huoxian Security, successfully applied in more than 200 enterprise users' application security testing across 29 countries and regions. In order to provide users with a more consistent and comprehensive security experience, Huoxian Security has decided to transfer the entire DongTai IAST business to Tingyun.

As a leading China observability solution provider, TingYun has accumulated strong technical advantages in various fields such as application performance monitoring and intelligent operations. With professional customer service capabilities and rich practical experience, this move signifies TingYun's formal entry into the application security domain, further solidifying its leadership position in the observability sector and establishing TingYun as a leader in this field.

Huoxian Security's core business (Crowdsourced Software Security Testing) and Zone community will continue to maintain high-speed updates and iterations.
